Ah, you played in the game after ours that day then. I play for Joondalup, which is the maroon, gold, and white team. The surface that day was pretty damn slippery, eh?!

Oh yeah, we got there just before half time but I didnt see much of the game before hand...

Yeah it was a bit loose under foot, but it did bucket down with rain at about 10 am, which is when our coach, in all his wisdom, decided we would have a training run!!! :x

Yeah, they get some wonderful ideas, those coaches, don't they?!
I actually play Reserve-Grade, so you wouldn't've seen any of my game, but another forum-member here, Joondalup_Giant, plays First-Grade, so you might've seen him running around for a few minutes before you went into the changerooms.

Did you guys out on the field get much of a laugh at those guys in the stand giving it to your team-mate who got sin-binned in the first half? I was in front of those guys, and it was pretty funny from where I was sitting. Your mate was getting a good laugh too!

The crowd was pretty vocal, I couldnt tell you how many were there but they make a lot of noise thats for sure....its better support than I expected!

That was one of the smaller crowds too. They were getting about triple that in the earlier games of the season. I don't know why people aren't turning up these days. The support is still there, it's just that they're choosing not to come to the games for one reason or another.

I think your team-mate's name is Peter or something like that.
