Ref Got It Wrong

LMAO

One of the tackles of the season.

Just accept it, Roosters rode their luck with the referee in the first week, when if the game had been refereed fair, they would have been eliminated.

To see the epic sooking from some Roosters fans post GF is amusing to say the least.
LOL

Marshall should have been sent off for throwing that punch after playing the ball. Any other player would have been for sure, but not the NRL golden child.

The match review committee admitted afterwards the call was wrong and it was a clear penalty. The only thing funnier than Roosters fans whinging is Tigers fans whinging how they would have won the comp when they lost 2 out of 3 finals matches and got lucky in the other.

i didn't realise a charge from the MRC was an automatic presumption of guilt?

I don't understand why people think that once the ball is behind the second rowers foot the prop can't break from the scrum. There was nothing illegal about what the Roosters player did. He is within his rights to break once the ball is out and it was out, Heighington was not paying attention and paid the price.

Did I say that?

& yes, we won 1 from 3 away from home.

The Roosters won 1 from 3 away from home too...

And the fact they lost to the runners up FOUR times during the year.

Who if the first week had been refereed fairly we wouldn't have seen again due to them being eliminated.

LOL

Watch it again, 99% of scrums like the one in question are re-packed, and not because the player broke when he did.

It's funny isn't it Roosters fans, you don't like it much when people whinge, bitch and moan about referee's calls that went your way ;-)

Just for future reference - 2010 Premiers, St George-Illawarra. You lot can sook all you like, the history books will stand.

Saint's have now won every GF they have played in since 2000, can't say the same about the 1 from 5 Rooster Boosters.....

Well the common held belief by Tigers fans is that they were the “only team” capable of beating the dragons even though they lost to them twice and 3 times to the roosters as well.

& yes, we won 1 from 3 away from home.

The Roosters won 1 from 3 away from home too...

Really? I was under the impression we won 3 finals, 2 of which were away games.

If the game was refereed fairly and to the rules the only change would have been a roosters victory in regular time. You rant and rave and carry on about the scrum but the fact is it should have been a penalty prior to that, the NRL even come out and said it.

As for your sig… I know you are haunted by the 3 comprehensive defeats we gave the tigers this year but you really need to move on

What went against the Tigers against the Roosters in the finals?

As correctly pointed out earlier, Heighington had his head out of the scrum and the ball was in play.

So that doesn't make that the correct decision and once the ball is out the players can break. The ball was out then they broke and Heighington made the mistake of not paying attention, it was the right call and I was cheering for the Tigers.
