clap clap clap cheer cheer, lets get stevo a girl friend hahahahhahh geez stevo, I pity the poor girl you find after all this time, hahahahaahh, clap clap clap clap clap.

BTW you f*cken morons, we got be by bear 50 f*cken points.!!!!!
Start laying blame at where blame deserves to be applied!!!!!

So how is this the Christians fault or a religious problem Reefy? Shouldn't the Raper/Rogers combo. be getting the blame for holding a below average presentation and not getting down to the real nitty gritty of why were playing such terrible footy and what's going to be done about it? and I don't think either of the double R combo are Christians.

I don't think the problem is the christian/catholic influence per se. The problem is that the powers that be at our club still have such an old fashioned view and approach to running the club in modern times. Falling back on old ties from a catholic club like de la might be one of them.

Religion can be a good psychological and moral support system for some people who need that sort of support.
Nepotism through ties to a catholic club can also have its pluses and minuses.
I am not a fan of organised religion.

Seems to me that if you are religious you don't think it matters.

If you're not it does.

Not many objective answers here. CJS, BD and Thomo seem to be the only ones.

Does the literal interpretation of the Bible allow you to give opposition players wedgies?

God knows, but the opposition sides have been giving us a wedgie or three over the past month.

Crikey as old Roy and H.G. would say, they are out the back right now, greasin up the old pole and just waiting for us to all bend over.....

Let us all prey.

I don't see how whatever the hell you believe in matters at all....Stevens constantly talks about his beliefs and he was by far our best on the weekend.

A lot of the other guys that get stick here every week (Bird, McGoldrick) aren't religious at all so why are they so crap in so many individuals eyes?

Religious beliefs has about as much to do with how we are playing as does the colour of the boots the players wear.

The fundies like to spread the word but I don't hear or listen to what they preach as I was brought up to be respectful and tolerant of all beliefs or non beliefs.

I was brought up to believe it. Unfortunately I asked too many logical questions that couldn't be answered.

You know something little miss angry. You're one of the most un Christian people I know. Far too intolerant. Far too angry. Far too self righteous. Far too hypocritical.

Q. When is a private thing not a private thing?
A. When Bel wants it to be public to suit.

We'll need more than that.

Maybe we should ask that God himself comes down to play left centre, that would fix all out problems:roll:

you know what I believe.......

I believe this season is stuffed, I believe the next season is stuffed also.

I also believe that I might have to wait a few more years yet until we get to lift a shield of any type. But whats another 3 to 10 if Ive done 38 hard years.

But to those who do believe, please get out your good books out and start praying because I know we need it. Did the Titanic blame the Iceberg

Or then again we could just turn the other cheek and get kicked in the arse again.... is that the Mormons or Morons....

And off into the Valley of Death rode the chosen few. At least it wont cost the club a packet on mad Monday.... all the good living souls ....aaaaah I got to go and take another tablet.

Anyone got Steve Kneen or Les Davidsons telephone number.

Cheers

That would be great.... he might even get the rest of them to run in the right direction.

And what about the Devil in the Second Row. just to add a bit of fire.
Idi Ahmin to replace Stevo at Prop. Buddah the other bookend. We could even play good cop bad cop with those two.

I know that they are not islanders but it might even set a new NRL trend.

Would we still have to drop pontious pilot, and John the Baptist,(heard he goes to water) They could be weak links in the backline.

Cheers

waaaaaaahhhhhh

Then it's not private is it?

Sticking up for what you believe in is the same as pushing your own barrow in this case. Sugar coat it how you want but stop trying to stick it down my throat.

In these forums having your own opinion will get you in trouble with particular individuals......
