As for Reni, IMO a shrewd signing. The guy can hit hard, run hard, ball-play...And he'd be relatively cheap.

Add to that he's a winner - played for years at the high-flying Doggies, and even the Sharks did OK with him for a while.

Good move IMO.

I know everyone thinks of Reni as a backrower, but I'd like to see him given a shot at right centre. In 10 career games at centre he's managed 11 line breaks.

i cant get excited about this signing. He will not have played footy in 2 years. Might be ok for a fill in role but i dont think people should get excited about him making a impact anytime soon. maybe in 2012 but definatelly not next year. He wont even train until may. stupid signing in my eyes

Great signing, Always rated Reni, I was annoyed the other day when i read he was knocking back Parra to go to Wests.
