His appointment had this written all over it the moment they announced it. So f**king dumb... I'm sure tonnes of people around here, the majority even, were worried about Stone being one of the boys. How a bunch of internet keyboard heroes (myself included) can see these problems 12 months off, and the club can't, boggles my mind constantly.

If that's what he's getting from the players, they need to be dropped... it's simple. Run out the NSW cup team if you have to. Run our NYC, it doesn't matter whether it makes your team better or worse any more at that point - what matters is the accountability of people as professional football players.

Gids is really hurting and credit to the bloke for showing so much emotion, he does bleed for the club.

Its also obvious that someone has briefed them both about the issues we raised because they mentioned a lot of the areas of concern for our group.

Credit to the journos for raising the issues with respect to the supporters concerns.

Its the first press conference where I've heard them asked specific questions about the fans reactions.

Maybe the penny is starting to drop. I am however surprised that Stone isn't firing up, he had some shots but they were pretty middle.

We'll keep pushing and hopefully the message gets through.
