Besides, replay seems to suggest that the ball hit Tedesco's shoulder in the contest. So either correct initial call, or at worst a 50/50 call that we see every week that was then unlawfully overturned by the referee.

Referees just completely f**ked up to the disadvantage of the Raiders.

Mutual infringement, scrum feed Raiders.

That’s the rules

Ref changing his call impacted play. He isn’t allowed to do that
Scrum to attacking team

Same as the ball hitting your trainer
Exactly, it’s not about what’s justice. It’s about what the rule book says

there was no justice in handing the football to the roosters when their trainer impeded play, but that’s the rule. And so it was applied

there would be no justice served by denying the raiders a fair end to their set after signalling 6 again, and no justice in forcing the roosters to defend another set because the official changed his mind
But that’s the rules, only this time it was not applied

instead this game will always be known for this call. This f**king clown robbed the roosters of a celebration of their achievements
I’d be f**king filthy about that if I were them. I certainly wouldn’t be going into bat for this guy
That's my sentiment as well, I was going for the spite win - also to deny the Broncos of an ancient record they held (I'm a Broncos supporter, they need to stop living off past glories).

Back to back is so incredibly difficult to do, and for it to happen in that fashion.. ugh.

The difference between the 6 again call and the other nonsense rooster fans are bleating about is that it was a momentum changer.

We may not have scored on the next set of six but Cummins decision to reverse a decision completely changed the direction of the game.

The Coopercronk blah blah blah decision, be it right or wrong, kept the momentum with the team with momentum.

trackhead's cockup killed Canberra's charge.

You had your chance.
Golden opportunity with Cronk off.
Blew it
Big time
Teams defend well with 12 men now, see Canberra the week earlier when CNK got binned for the final 10 minutes.

The Raiders were building pressure until Cummins went against what is black and white in the rules.

Oh

And even if you had somehow miraculously scored if the ref had stuck to the 6 again call it would’ve been a wrong call anyway.

In the end the ref made the right call.
Yeah it was a shit way to do it but better than the alternative.

Ey raiders fans ... your team team couldn’t score all game even against 12 blokes.

You probably wouldn’t have scored with another 50 goes with the ball.
I honestly don’t think the majority of Raiders fans are saying it’s a given they score, more that the rules state something completely different to what actually happened. (Although in retrospect, you may be trolling... in that case carry on fine sir)

Yeah but he reckons he didn’t say 6 again

And the end result was correct.

Further, how many times have we seen decisions "over turned" due to a tip from a touch judge, the pocket referee, or even the bunker during the course of games in the last 2-3 seasons?

The only call I can remember similar was Sharks Raiders with the touchie flag.

The touchie got roasted from memory by the NRL. Cummins supposedly the best ref in the game seems to be getting much better treatment.

I am not replying to this to be salty, I just hope some changes can happen in light of what happened. The Raiders copped it this time, could be the Roosters next who knows.

Just imagine if it was allowed to continue and the Raiders scored I wonder how the Roosters fans would have felt..

Aggrieved but you can bet your bottom dollar not one other person would have felt sorry for us nor would there have been the media frenzy we saw.

If it went against us and we weren't good enough to defend it then so be it.
