We couldn't rise for Alex and we can't make the finals - what possible reason is there to keep Bennett now?

Surely we have to hand the reins to Stone for the rest of the year and allow some structures and ideas to be put in place to plan for next year? Every day Bennett stays here is a backward step for the club and allows him to convince players to follow him out the door.

What a joke it will be if even one player follows Bennett by doing a deal while Bennett remains our coach.

I'm prepared to not watch a game until Wayne is gone.

I've never been more ashamed to be a Knights fan than I am today. Completely bottled it in what essentially amounted to our Grand Final.

Their minds looked nowhere near being on the job today. Everything they did well over the last few weeks didn't exist.

Mind you they wouldn't have been so desperate if Boyd's try was allowed and it was 16-14...

So looks like Roberts is the one standing up. The inexperienced of our halves

The one positive today.

Geez that Mamo must want to pack his shit up and leave. I think that's four games now I've seen him be on the end of some bush footy type crap from his inside men. Has he been given a decent pass yet in those four games?????

The question might be, "will he provide a decent pass himself if used at fullback next year?"

Looks like a one trick pony in first grade so far.

Emotion can have two effects. Whilst it can rally people to perform it can also be an energy zapper that has a negative impact on performance. In some ways I'm not surprised by the outcome.

Yep, me too.

It wasn't unexpected though. We looked deflated from the opening set. The emotion of the week had a negative effect on them and I suspect they also buckled under the pressure of "having to win".

Emotion aside though, 16 errors is just disgusting. To everyone insinuating that Bennett is our only problem, what do you say about that one? Go away from his gameplan and we put in our most embarrassing performance of the season.

I've completely turned on Jarrod Mullen now. He must be the most mentally piss weak half in the NRL. None of his failings are related to his hammy injury, it's just inept decision making and poor execution. I've never wanted a player to succeed as much as I have Mullen but I've finally realised he's just not that good. Did we really re sign a 27 year old half who is beginning to decline when he wasn't that good to start with for 4 years?

A massive and immediate clean out is required here, coaching staff, management and players. I really don't think I'm over reacting here, we have a terrible spine, one dimensional plodding old forwards and dumb brain dead geniused outside backs.

My one eyed opinion of some players is now gone.

Boyd - hired "gun" with a pea for a heart
Uate - plod
Gagai - no impact. Gets monstered.
BJ - dumb, so so dumb
Mamo - Has something special about him but too small
Mullen - Mentally frail. Loves the plod kick too much.
Gidley - Had it. Not a half anyway
Snowden - Plod
Clydesdale - Good prospect but a bit small and needs more time in FG
Mason - Had it. No motor
Scott - Decent but has a bad missed tackle in him
Rochow - just so vanilla. Reegan Tanner like this year
Smith - Had it. Just old

Tyrone - tries hard but that's not enough
Cuthbo - can be decent
Sims - I like
Tapine - time will tell
Houston - first name should be shit
The rest - who cares because they don't.

F**k you Knights

I wish I had stayed at home. So unbelievably (even for this team) bad.

Titans did defend pretty well.

Cannot wait to see the press conference and hear Bennett talk about how good the effort was
Was pretty crap. Bennett just said he has no idea why the team plays the way it does. Then said something about you'd have to ask every player individually to find out what they were thinking but he's not going to do that.

He really does have to leave as soon as possible. Give Stone the chance to get something started going into next season.
