If apparent Aussie dominance was the problem why was the anzac test crowd so shit in 2015 after the Kiwis handed them their arse in the 2014 four nations?

Face it, the Kangaroos as a brand can't draw shit in Australia.

the All Blacks lose a few here & there & are often challenged

Financially 20k@$100is better than 40k@$20

In three months we wont care that there was 20k there but the rlif will care how much profit they made to reinvest in Rl around the world. Sucks right now but worth it in long run.

Also could have mixed up the smaller games so not so many in Cairns, Townsville and Canberra

Seriously, there was plenty of promotion, there is no reason this shouldn't have got 40,000..

But you watch, 52,000 will be there to see the same players for another mind numbingly boring Origin with yet another QLD series win.

The post mortem should be interesting. The WC organisers promised everything and delivered nothing..They remind me of the monorail scammers in the Simpsons..

Their is a reason! It's called high ticket prices. Simple as that! A complete misread of the public by the marketing people that have repeated this same mistake from the start and throughout the tournament.
