We have tried that. We are terrible in the red zone. Our tries last night come from Hayne attacking from within our own half regardless of where we are in the tackle count. I hate the term "completions". It is a Brad Arthur term.

Our style of play (much like Cronulla when Sticky was there) is conducive to close games and where last year we won them, this year we are losing them.

Cronulla f**ked Stuart off for a coach that could also score points and the rest is history (merky history).......

Do we f**k off BA? I’m still not sure he has control of the staff he is allowed to have to operate effectively but if they move him on i won’t be losing any sleep either.

BA has done well and taken us through a tough period. His times up. He may go to another club and kill it and best of luck. I dont want to use just 2018 for BA performances. Like said in 2014 he needed 1 win against knights or raiders to make 8. We didnt just lose we where blown off park.
In 2017 we won some tight games but back end of year struggled to beat tigers,dogs( field goals) souths and where belted at home by the knights when a top 4 spot was on the line. I dont think people realise how close some of those wins where. Something I barked about the start of year.

Not sure why you say that previous reviews determine the outcome of this one. How do you conclude that other than to have decided that the result is rigged ?

We lost simply because we didn’t complete our sets/made to many errors.

We beat the knights on pretty much all the attacking stats!

It we complete a few more sets, we could have easily scored, we looked dangerous when we held the ball!!

It’s pretty much like the dragons game, stupid errors killed us.

Now the question is how do we stop those stupid errors? I say lack of confidence is contributing.

I’ve worked in large industries for 20 years, I’ve seen them (reviews) all before.

I have little faith in consultants coming and and making the right recommendations because most consultants are good at talking absolute shit and on the times they actually make the correct recommendation the business won’t do it because they either don’t have the balls or the person who has to take the recommendation has self interest in not taking it up. That is just the world we live in these days.

So rigged is not the term i would use but i have little faith in anyone making the correct decision at the Eels as since 2009 we have only ultimately made poor decisions.......

As Gary also said, part of me has to be this negative because I’m the person who needs to expect the worst in order to get any happiness in life.......it is a sad existence and i have 2 choices which are deal with it or end it all.......the latter is more and more tempting every day.....

+1. No idea what it takes to make players error free. Up to the individual to be professional. Teach players to make good decisions when fatigued.

We only scored when they had a bloke sin-binned.

I mean, if we are going to scrutinise a 2-point win because it wasn't impressive or emphatic, then why not scrutinise a loss, where we only scored a try because a bloke was off the field?

I don't understand this logic; yes, we played well against the Storm, but the ultimate scoreline flattered us.
