Yes true, but the quality of the opposition from the last two weeks has really limited is. They aren't fringe 8 sides but top two sides.

I reckon our attack will start to look a lot better in a few weeks.

Last week kelly limited us.

The Cowboys were offside a fair amount of the night. The penalty count should have been much higher!

Our right side defence was so much better with Foran

The good thing i don't think their will be too many flogging this year, we defend like that most games and we will be in every game up to our eyeballs. I don't think the commentators gave enough credit to our defence and aggressive defensive line.

Last week kelly limited us.

Kelly and Norman were both invisible in the first half, getting little quality ball. The one time they combined we scored.

In the second half Kelly played worse, true, but like I said, he was about as good as Norman in the first half. I reckon Norman would have struggled if Kelly had gone off injured at half time instead.

Scott is awesome in defense, always in their faces. Love it. When Watmough comes back, that will be scary.

Tepai was awesome too.

Foran seems to know how to use his centre better than Foran but it could be because the defense is heavily marking Jennings and Semi.


Still not impressed with Gutho, I think Barnetts time is due.

I agree it will be good if we don't have to play without a million dollar halfback. Those guys are irreplaceable.

Unless you replace them with another good halfback .....like Keary for Reynolds .....

Great win.

The good:
We won! Beau Scott, Kenny Edwards and Junior Paulo were massive for us. Our defence is very tough. The refs loved us for a change. Gordon is very safe at the back

The needs improving:
Gutherson is not a winger, Peni Terepo's hands, silly offloadsTepai's defence when he gets tired - I reckon we need to shorten his minutes, and I reckon Gordon struggles a bit as a ball player on that left side which is one of the raesons Jennings/Semi aren't getting quality ball.

I think we are still playing within ourselves. We haven't been too adventurous at all.

We will be better against the dogs (a big test for us) and we will continue to improve week by week. Our attack has just not got going at all yet.
