Kritchard ran the ball twice tonight. If he comes off the bench we can get half a dozen out of him. Plus he won't miss five tackles if he doesn't have to defend for 80 minutes.
We were dominant in the middle regardless of his missed tackles. I thinks that's largely due to having four big men on the bench.

Great win....but, definitely concerned about goal kicking. It was a tough night for the kickers and it wasn't relevant with 7 tries, but it could be an issue if it comes down to a two or three try game.

Anyway, great performance on the whole. French is a super star

French is a freak!

Ok, so he's not huge - but he does things bigger blokes simply can't.

His try tonight had me scratching my head, thinking, "How the f**k did he do that???"

He is magnificent.

Yep I have been worried about our goal kicking and it is becoming a problem. We are lucky we dominated today otherwise it could have been lost on kicking.

Played Strong, Done Good.

We've easily been the best defensive team, when it mattered that I've seen in the first 2 weeks. But, we've probably only beaten teams that will finish bottom 4 at seasons end.

I like what I see though
Like how the Sharks lost to Manly in round three last year?

If there's going to be an upset it'll happen early in the season, before people really know whether it was an upset.

Did the Sharks completely dominate that game though?

We were dominant because we had all the ball. That's because we forced errors with our fast aggressive defensive line. De Gois helps us in that area.

Anyway if we don't need running from our dummy half (and it doesn't seem to be a feature of our attack) then we can make do with one over 80 minutes.

But our middle is not the key to our attack unless it's wet. Did you see how many of our middle forwards made 100 metres this week?

So we agree we should only be including one dummy half in the seventeen. I think we differ though as to who that should be. I think Kaysa's service is much better and he hits harder (which adds to the errors you mentioned).
