Though I didn't put much thought into it at all. If I spent time revising I don't think I'd move that much. The top 10 are all pretty much even on their best days except for Inglis and Hayne. Other guys like Brett Stewart would be higher if they played more recently. So there is a bit of reasoning behind it.

But how can be Sam Burgess be in the top fifty NRL players when he has played Zero NRL games.

He is probably in the top 10 players in the world, but has zero NRL experience.
