Well FOran's hammy is a bit suss and Norman does get injured a bit. He does seem fragile so if BA has to rely more on his backup and he consistently chooses Kelly, he will die on his sword

He bought Cornish so he did do something to hedge his bet with Kelly.

it really doesnt matter kelly isnt our half back, just shows that we are lacking a little depth there.I dont know of any team in the NRL that has depth in the halfs.If ya looose ya 7and 6 in the semi finals i would say you are done for the season.

So being that it is game 1 and we played the game without our starting half and loosing our 6 all in all a good effort yes kelly is shit and hopefully not seen again this season.

He missed two, only two players who missed more were Paulo and Moeroa with three each. The big difference being both of those guys were a f**k ton better when it came to attack.

So maybe there's a middle ground? Is there a bare minimum of defence you need from a halfback? Clearly Brad Arthur thinks so.

I think you'll find it was the Broncos' defence that did the stifling. You'll also find our only try came when both Kelly and Norman handled the ball.
