I have read the last half a dozen pages on this thread since getting home from the game and frankly anyone who is less than ecstatic from this come behind win needs to reassess there support of this club. The Roosters don’t lose games when leading by 12 and yet we did the impossible. We can complain about the poor start but that means nothing now as we got the job done.

I’m personally ecstatic. I was at the game loved ever minute of the last 60 minutes and never for one minute did I lose hope. I get home and read some of the posts on here only to read the usual doom and gloom from those who had written us off after 15 minutes. This win was special even if it is not going to mean anything long term given the uncertainty surrounding this season.

Special win for me coz i Fkn hate the Roosters, so to sit thru and watch those chickn fkers win back2back titles just burns me, i turned to my wife whilst watching the game, and told her yu gotta watch out for this guy Crichton, that second later he catches a banana kick from Mansuce, scores an awesome try, like he was a superhero swooping in to save the day....
Amazing win! Nathan please get back to kicking field goal practice, my heart won't take much more of these Riff Thillers

I wouldn’t be surprised if Nathan stayed back after the game and kicked a few field goals. The kid is amazingly dedicated for someone his age.

I still think you start our backrow with Kik & Yeo on the edges, & JFH at lock. I thought Yeo looked decent on the edge early.

Bring Martin on mid/end first half. I know a lot of people rate him, I do too to a point, but he’s still very raw & makes basic errors. Maybe a tad overrated at the moment, not to say he won’t improve.

hence the reason we needed to sign those 2 experienced forwards.

Kikau off the bench made sense last night. We had a few make dumb errors last night

Yes and no. It gave young Flanno a chance to get into the game without worrying about getting steamrolled

Regardless of how he actually plays, absolutely love it when Hethero comes on. He is just an absolute nut, his intensity lifts the whole team & It’s just bloody fun to watch. Odds on to be the first one this season sin binned for punching this year but I’m all for it.

I know @Dave's mate agrees wholeheartedly.

If we’ve decided we can’t drop a couple interchanges on getting Kikau off and back on then I support him starting on the bench. He can’t play 80 and be the destructive force we want him to be.

Hard to say how we best manage the backline. Between May, Crichton, Whare, Edwards, Aekins and Burton we’ve got a lot of talent fighting over 1, 3 and 14 realistically.

i reckon if we see Edwards as our fullback, we stick with Aekins short term, Burton keeps Luai honest in reggies and Crichton auditions for either Whare’s spot or 14 until May is back.

We’ve got pretty great depth this year but obviously if Api goes down we’re in trouble.

In the player rating thread is pretty unanimous on Crichton being better than Aekins do we think he'll take the fullback spot at least until Edwards is ready or possibly beyond if he gets better and better?

Those of you who went of early bagging us in the first half give yourselves an upper cut it is much deserved. You showed your true colours. I always felt at the game watching it we were always in it and deservedly got the two points.

Do you ever get sick of policing other fans?

People ride a wave of emotion during a game, anyone reading too much into it is foolish.

Get... and I can’t stress this enough, absolutely stuffed.

You’ve been doing this nonsense for years now, telling other fans how they should react. You’re an absolute clown.

There’s no correct way to be a fan. Suck it up and accept people are different to you.
