He is stuck behind jerome hughes at storm he wont have a problem getting 1st crack here our fullbacks are all slow small and have butter fingers.

He’s actually stuck behind Scott Drinkwater and Jerome Hughes. He’s was their 3rd string FB.

I don’t think that will last long.

After hearing Blake's interview.. I am putting Fui last week all on Ivan.

Didn't have a training session with the team as centre
He has been playing centre in reserve grade and put in the worst centre performance a Panther has put in for years.

We have had many last minute or mid-game centre replacements over the years and none of them have been carved up as easily as Fuimaono was. Katoa at centre for probably his first time ever wasn't that bad.

Ofcourse you would want to put it ALL on Ivan. Why should the player be accountable when you can blame Ivan for everything? . It's not Ivans fault our backup centre is so bad at his job though... It's not Ivans fault Fuimaono is on our roster either. It's Ivans fault for not realising he was a terrible reserve grade centre and would do even worse in first grade. Likewise it's Ivans fault he didn't hook him after he got destroyed and it's now Ivans fault he is playing this week when he proved beyond a doubt last week he is not a capable NRL player.

A backup player should be able to slot in and do a job even without a training session. Especially if he's only being asked to do the same job he was doing in reserve grade.

Penrith should sign this storm fullback papanhuosen he is electric and would come cheap.I cant believe we have 3 former hookers at our club in simmons kingston and wallace yet we have problems at hooker and a former fullback in cleary and we have a problem at fullback as well.
We really should be aiming for one of their fullbacks, drinkwater or Hughes are both better than we have as well.

Drinkwater is the one I would target. He has speed, but also has more ball playing skills than their other two.

And is probably now behind both of them since being out injured.

Different players in reserve grade though communication or lack of was the issue.

JFH who was next to him is down for 8 missed tackles. He is down for 1. Even his replacement Whare had 4. So that whole side had no idea

Clearly that doesn't include leaving a gap in those stats but makes the decision not the play Edwards more and more stranger.

Do you blame Yeo for the 2nd half v Sharks or Ivan for putting him there? Same thing here better options weren't used comes back to the coach

Classic MX death ride.

You realise he’s a Penrith Panther right. The team you love and support. Just checking.

I blame the players for their poor reads. For their errors. Their ill discipline. I blame the coach for not fixing what doesn't work.

You just blame the coach for f**king everything. Happy to give Fuimaono a pass.

Stats dont show tackles you missed by not getting close enough to put a hand on them. Everyone was left up shit creek trying to cover Fuimaono.

When he's not contributing anything positive to the team I love and support you better f**king believe he will cop it.

He's one of many terrible roster decisions Gus made before leaving. Let's overpay everyone and then release the guys on good value deals so they can get overpaid elsewhere. Msny here would death ride guys like Corey Harawira-Naera for a bad game... and his bad gamelooked like a 10/10 compared to the one Fuimaono dished out.

Fuimaono is a backrower not a centre. So of course he'd struggle at centre.

DWZ has played left wing. Right wing. Centre and fullback in 9 games this year.

JFH has been lock for the last 2 years moved to edge backrow.

So how would the players have communicaton?

And continue to cop it.... even if he was to kill it for the rest of the year.

You are relentless once you take a dislike for a person.

It gets a bit much. We know you don’t like him.

I think Sele’s injured. If not, he probably would’ve been in for Fuimaono.

Sele has a lower back pain at the moment. He missed last week game because of it.

Winterstein had only been back at training last week and was really only named to cover Kikau, that and we were short of fit players to name.
I believe Winterstein now has had at least 2 full weeks of training since his injury and he should be pretty close to go.

Not true. I disliked Tamou. But havent given him shit at all this year. I disliked Nathan Smith. But when he had a killer 2010 season I became a fan of his also.

If Fuimaono ever stops being shit I will have no issue with him wearing our jersey.

Yeah sure you will.

Your track record says otherwise.

I just used 2 examples of players who I thought were poor signings for us and have come around on due to their form on the field.

Give me an example of a player who stopped being shit and I didn't stop disliking. Form is all that matters... or in the case of a rookie showing potential form.

One good game won't change my opinion. But a few good games together and I will happily watch them run around in our jersey.

I'm not complaining about Edwards being picked despite wanting him dropped earlier. Because unlike Fuimaono... I know he is capable of very good things and I believe getting another chance we will see a very different Edwards this time around.

Ivan dropped Blake for being late to training. Dropped Sele for sleeping through his alarm. Dropped Mansour, RCG and Edwards for poor form.

Yet the guy who has never shown the same highs as these guys has a game worse than any of these guys (except possibly Edwards vs Storm) and he keeps a spot. He hasn't earned the right to blind loyalty.

Yet another long winded post bagging out a Panther.

Give it a rest.
