This blues jersey would easily be his if he was in 2018 form. It's a pretty desperate situation for Blues.

Pick a reserve grader, a guy who's retired or a second rower. The second rower is arguably the most deserving too.

We are all well aware how badly we are performing but the last thing we need is any panic acquisitions which in all likelihood do more damage.

I know Ivan isn't exactly a fan favourite right now but he (and other key members of his inner circle) needs to work out who's going & staying for 2020 and once that is determined then he will know how much cap space he had to spend. I don't think we are going to be looking at a marquee signing for 2020 I think it will be more about 3-4 astute signings in key areas. There will be plenty of handy pick up's at the right money just need to identify and pick the right ones that fulfill our needs.

The first thing that has to change across the entire team and staff is attitude. Haven't seen a Panthers team so lacking in desire and determination to win in a long time. They just seem to be going through the motions and expecting a result to just happen. Change as many players as you want, without a winning attitude, they won't win.
