That shows we play through the middle a lot but why isn't the fullback involved here. Teddy gets involved behind the ruck a lot, if we play through the middle our fullback should be getting among the forwards in attack.

Our halves always go short to a backrower well wrapped up. You can count on one hand the amount of times the centres get it in attack. That too me is why I am not fussed if Yeo stays centre atleast he makes tackles.

Ivan is too cautious this is further proof

Was hoping we went on with the job the other night or kept manly to zero to help build our for and against but once again we slip up in the last 10 mins

They were fatigued. Ivan said they made either 400 or 500 tackles. Something ridiculous. I remember saying to the wife at about 65 minutes that Yeo was gassed.

Possession, and refereeing was never going to allow this.

Apparently Annesley knows that it wasn't grounded and wasn't a try! Ffs he's good, the Ref (if we could call him one) couldn't see and he was standing right on top of it. What a load of BS to try and make out that the no try didn't have bearing on the game. Absolutely pitiful excuse for a ref excused by an absolute pitiful excuse for a ref's director.

Even if you accept the ball was not grounded, which it may not have been, the correct restart should have been a penalty to the Panthers for Korasiu not being square and or being offside definitely not restart by means of a play the ball 10 metres out.

100% that should be our penalty. He was standing next to the guy as he played it ffs.

Is there a video on the Taupau 'strip'? I want to see the explanation where s player is penalised for a strip when the guy with it never lost possession... nor did a Panther contact it.

Pretty sure both teams were confused about that called. Weird night.
