They are great when they can play what's in front of them. When the pressure is applied they crumble. The mental side of our game is nonexistent when they are under pressure. Folded quicker than a Chinese laundry.

I've seen some disgraceful efforts in the last 5 - 6 years from this football team but that has to rate as one of the worst.

This team just has NFI how to win, after playing so well for 50 mins they just instantly turn into a shadow of themselves. Its just a mentality that is so ingrained in the club it doesn't matter who is coaching or who is playing they just find ways to lose.

I don't disagree. Paulo would have been a bigger passenger though and given everyone another scapegoat.

This club is in serious need of a full time sports psychologist. They could pay for one for the fans as well.

I reconsider being an Eels fan every season. Not because of anything the side or club does. Because our supporters are absolutely the worst in the competition.
