Interested to see whether Naiqama and Mata'utia switch at all during the game (if not a complete swap right from the kick-off).

I figured from NSW Cup that Kev was being groomed as the next fullback in line, and from what I've seen he fits all the attributes of the modern fullback.

Having said that, it's possibly Pete's best position too.

I really like the look of the backline, which is an unusual thing to say when four regular names are missing for various reasons.

Got a good feeling about this one. Knights 32 Raiders 12 (both tries scored down our right side with Gagai and Naiqama having never defended together).

It is an unusual position, but I guess we do know what Kev and Pete have to offer, so no concerns about them at all.

Gagai is the only question for me, but only because I have only seen 1 or 2 of his games and some highlight packages. To be honest, in those games for the Bronco's, he wasnt a stand out, but in that team, thats not a negative.

I am truly excited about this game, its a shame I have to work on Saturday, otherwise a quick trip up the F3 would be on the cards.

I'm liking the backline, but pretty concerned about our bench, which I think has been an issue all season.

The raiders are always reasonably strong in the forwards and when Mason/Snowden come off we could lose our momentum, a bit like last weekend really.

Maybe last minute changes from Bennett before the game? I really think we need to have Faas or Tui in there to give us some size.

This week's 17 plus, Wes, Sau, Tui, Hilder, Faas, Tets, Gidley.

24 off the top of my head but I could very well be missing a couple.

I think our saving grace is going to be that whatever dramas we have up here, they are surely eclipsed by whatever the f**k is transpiring down there.

I could see this degrading into a battle of attrition, with the team that wants it more coming out on top. i could also see us giving them a bit of a touch up, there was fight in our leaders against the Broncos - real fight... and if the boys can rally behind that we could salvage something from the season. I haven't seen any fight in the Raiders, they are dreadful and just as mentally fragile as we are... if not even moreso.

We need Joey to give the boys another spray this week on that radio show he appears on. In fact I think a weekly Joey spray should be a prime order of business for the rest of the season.

I know he gave away a telling penalty against The Broncs but how good is it to see House fire up
and get aggro? He even body slammed a bloke into the turf. More aggression in his game would be a huge help going forward out of our half.

I didn't really see any useful aggression from him. Niggly shit in the tackle means nothing when you're not backing it up in contact.

That Raiders pack absolutely monsters ours. We are seriously lacking in size outside of Mason and Snowden. Not even any large outside backs.

I don't know what to expect, but I hope the boys fire up.

Seeing our bench highlights the fact we need to recruit some big guys in the off season. Russell Packer would be a good start

I really hope they dont have this attitude in its "win it, or bin it" sense.

This is their chance, but we should not be expecting them to win the game on their own. They need to buy into Wayne's gameplan and execute. They dont have to score 2 tries each, they just need to show that they can be more reliable than the guys that are in and out of grade.

Yep. Just play your role fellas.

He'd be great, love the big fella. In terms of this weekend, I just want to see a respectable, break even performance from Fwds, and see what our backs can do.

Think we can win at home if this happens. Ffs, this game was a win last year!
