I hoped ghd RCG injury would kick these merkins into gear. But no... just more plodding form from them.

How do people not see Tamou plodding along near opponents without an effort at all to tackle them? Happens every game. Hes f**king lazy in defence. Jogs the ball back at half pace. Never good looking for work. He certainly isnt a leader for us. Merrin somehow plsyed dvrn worse than that.

Without RCG our front row is being destroyed. Our defence has lost itd intensity. Therexno one sparking our go forward with sn aggressive run. He was a big reason out psck dominated. He fired guys up.

I felt exactly the same. First game I have left Panthers stadium early since the effort against the Sharks last year, but today’s effort, despite the score board, was even worse.

If can find any humour in it at all, it’s the fact that a few weeks ago we played the best that I have seen a Panther’s side play in 15 years, and then within a few weeks time played the worst that I have seen since the Elliot days. It was utterly abysmal.

We were mostly let down by our backs today. Chricton, Phillips, Peachey and DWZ had shockers, as did Maloney and Cleary. Whare was the only back who was on his game both defensively and offensively. Perhaps that was because he didn’t play and rep football so his preparation wasn’t disrupted.

Record wins (over Souths and Warriors). Pathetic losses. Great form that vanishes.
