Is it standard practice that if a player gets touched around the neck they stay down trying to claim a crusher tackle? It seems every tackle where a Newcastle neck is touched the hand immediately goes to the head and they stay down looking for a penalty.

Other than Dufty out there, not one of them deserve that jersey today. Someone should give them a t-shirt to wear in the second half instead.

Look in all honesty, I can't blame the players (despite the fact they are paid big money) for this attitude. I mean our season was on a hiding to nothing the moment we got beaten by the Warriors in the first game back from the COVID shut down, if not when McGregor and Millward flew through last seasons 'review' unscathed. They have been in this COVID bubble and can't even do a basic thing like go out and buy a coffee or buy some groceries. If they can't do that, how on earth could you possibly expect them to buy into a dud coaching play book?
