Kenny is bad, so bad that if he doesn't improve next week I'd try something else.

Momirovski gave us good reason to scrutinise his defence, if that first half is his actual level then it isn't good enough. But he deserves a few games more to prove what he is.

Everyone else played to the high quality expected in a very good team.

Annnnd means nothing. We have at least 3 better options

He did well to score but the defence was absolutely pathetic by napa and co. But agreed. He was brought for defence supposedly and looked pretty average in the first half against the Dogs who threw nothing at us.

Anyway great win by the boys.

Kenny is no api but boy does he give 100% every time he pulls in the panthers jersey

Great result. In 160 minutes of football, and we have not conceded a solitary point. Given the conditions today, that is exceptionable. Sounds like DWZ had his usual brain explosion. No wonder he was let go?

Mate I think you are pretty spot on most of the time but to knock Kenny is bloody rough!! Barely played last year. So has had stuff all games in 15 months.

Yes he dropped two balls but he does so much well. Great defender. Gets the forwards running onto the ball. Has good crisp service.

Great back up dummy half. Can't expect more than that. He is clearly the best option we have outside of api

Put the arm out when he'd been stepped. We hope Nathan passed the concussion test because it will be hard to have him Ok for Thursday otherwise. Given the way Api's injury was kept quiet we probably won't know until an hour before kickoff.

Kenny & Momo both fine without being perfect. The need to criticise players despite dominating gets old. Surprised the realist hasn’t piped up yet

FWIW though king Katoa > Kenny.

A couple novice errors from Kenny but I won't ride him for it. No reserve grade last year and Korisau is injured. He will start again next week unless Ivan loses his marbles.

Momo isn't going anywhere either. Its Naden or Momo and one if them is banned. 2 more games before it becomes a real conversation.

Pretty average. Played in 2nd gear basically. Forced to agree with Martie again, Kenny and Mom were not perfect but they were good enough. Mom can find the line just gotta work on his hands a bit.

We have a record setting defence right now and with Clearys kicking game we don’t give bad teams much to work with. The dogs pack really had nothing, even with our bench forwards on we were completely dominating the middle.

I know that this would seem to contradict would I said in the game day thread about Kenny, but the truth is that we don’t need anything more than a serviceable #9 in our team. Our attack is based on our #7 and #6.

He just needs to tackle well, give decent service and not make too many errors.

The same can be said for our fullback. Doesn’t have to razzle dazzle, or be a line breaking monster. He just needs to be safe out the back, support well and that is all that is truly required.

The dogs are pretty bad to let in 28 points in the conditions.

I was bummed when Cleary missed the first conversion as I thought we'd only need a field goal to win it with seven points.

Turns out the four points would have been enough.
