I'd rather they don't rush Hodges..the last thing we need is him returning 50% match fit. In fact I'd actually rather if he does play to play him in the QLD cup this week to get match fit for next weeks game

Interesting news renouf.

If he does play tomorrow night I hope he's in peak condition as opposed to playing for the sake of it. It's far too early to risk a player of his magnitude.

Kenny has succumbed to his hamstring tear.

Ashton Sims or Josh McGuire will come in for him.

dutchie - I believe Jharal Yow Yeh would be the likely candidate to get the punt. The basis of my decision is that Hodges and Folau trained on the right which is where Jharal usually plays.

Agreed. No need to rush him, holding him back an extra couple of weeks is well worth it if it allows him to get to 100%.

Of course, it's up to our doctors as to what stage he is at right now. Maybe he is already at full fitness.

I thought the way Henjak picked our bench tonight was very very interesting. Might be the way to go for future matches.

6. Wallace

Can't go past Wallace. How many times did he pull off try saving tackles tonight?

3. Wallace - proving to be of real value in defence.
2. Hunt - totally outplayed Slater
1. Thaiday - marathon effort after being knocked out cold

Re the Wallace try - how on earth did two reffs miss that knock on? Were they both looking at each other or something?

mccullough really impressed me..everytime he decided to run from dummy half he made an easy 10 metres..his kicking game was good..his passing was good

our forwards are goin heaps good so far...proctor from the storm was awesome i reckon

hunt was outstanding..i think hodges and folau are way deadlier then i thought they could've been..what the broncos did well was they set most of their play on the left hand side..this was because the storm thought we were going to folau and hodges everytime..did anyone see the amount of overlaps we had?
we should've put more than 30 on them

I agree McCullough was very good except that little kick before full time should have put it out down feild not right on half way but played a good game none the less should be the starting hooker IMO

3- Wallace
2 - Hunt
1 - Thaiday/ McCullough
