I dont see any danger in them playing on. The measures taken are pretty advanced IMO and if anything the players health is safer with these measures than if we shut down the competition and they are all off doing their own thing.

This isnt some magical virus that can infect people who dont come into contact with it. Should a player get sick it's unlikely to be worse than a cold anyway. These guys are a hell of alot fitter and healthier than the average person.

That is the point. What would they do if no comp? No NBA and still players are catching it. So keep them in their own bubble is a good plan.

Correct i wouldn't be suprised if boyd cordner has it, and is not playing because of it, just jokes... but seriously its all just about not spreading it, has nothing to do with players catching it then suffering from it, no crowds for a month should see this off, and a magic round up north Qld or NT, like wayne bennett mentioned will keep them in their bubble and us entertained

I just read on Foxsports that the Panthers have won only four times in 28 visits to Kogarah since 1967.

Well at least this weeks win will help improve our winning percentage playing there.

I wish it was just for a month. Sadly it will be longer

It took 16 visits to get our first win. It's 50% (2-2) in the 21st century though.

that NBA jazz player has been tested positive of corolla virus , but he is showing no symptoms, he and the doctors have said , which is very common , from my research. it all comes down to your immune system, and strengths levels it is at

That damn Corolla Virus is so much worse than the Corona Virus... I'll tell you what though, the Datsun180b Virus is coming and it's a shit load worse.

Meaningless stats from Fuxsports.

In our first ever match V Dragons, we beat them at Penrith Park 24-12...the mother of boilovers in those days.

And we were the 1st team to hold the Dragons to nil, at Kogarah.

You don't get Fox spitting out these proud Panther stats.

With the help of a few well placed screens. Panthers will be open still for those that want to or feel safe can watch the game and keep the Leagues club going

Not a good idea playing the slots, especially for the elderly. You can have infection control protocols, but they will only go so far if people are jumping on a machine as soon as i becomes vacant.

No they are turning off most of them to control numbers and make people spread out. Also allows less staff so can have more patrons.

Sportsbar downstairs will have limited seats. Screens outside so can have a few hundred people.

Most at risk probably still stay away atleast the club will still get some business in

Remember that game it was Roy Masters last game as head coach andnI think it was the first time in over 20 years that the Dragons had not qualified for the First Grade Semis. Roy wasn’t a Panther fan to begin with he had been been let go from his coaching position at Penrith during the College of Coaches fracas.

I don’t think past records mean too much in the scheme of things.

I think just like last weekend we will have to perform at our very best if we are going to get the two points.

The Dragons really should have won last weekend they bombed certain tries in that last 10 minutes or so.

I think we can win, but we have to really be at our best they will be hard opponents.

control the midfield control the dragons. They have a few lazy forwards so getting out of dummy half and working them over will go a long way to winning
Our halves will be smiling no Tariq Simms he was brutal in tackling last week.To me this is a must win game .

So much this. Their horrible backline only survives on their above average forwards.

Given who the pack is missing. No McInness to really should put a score on them so lets see what attitude we show up with
Issac luke is one to watch out for, also Tyson Frizzel, and even the benchie Josh Kerr can be damaging, if we aren't careful, otherwise we should roll over these guys.

Note, i just read the dragons vs panthers thread on at the St.George forum, they're betting on Kikau 2+ tries and Cleary anytime try scorer..... gotta love those fans

Pretty sad when your club drives you to such a lack of confidence.
