Hasn't Laurie stepped up to the mark in the absence of Pickles. Great game at the weekend.

Only problem for is his size......tends to get rag dolled when being tackled.

I totally agree. Also very impressed with how the Peach wrangled the cup team into a huge win.

Both players given a shocking time at W/T. For Luai's sake I hope that he isn't walking into the same.

Nah he needed that awful experience to become what he is now. If he stayed he wouldn't be where he is now.

I guess I heard wrong, or Laurie made a miraculous recovery. He was no hope mid-week, Iongi was in getting prepared to debut.
Laurie obviously came good. I thought he was outstanding today. Showed a lot of ticker.

Iongi was placed on standby for Laurie last week. Laurie was declared fit by the end of the week.
The only concern was if Laurie had any soreness or tightness come Sunday morning.
Thankfully he didn't.
