I think we will get a really good indication of where this team actually is at over the next 7 weeks and that starts from today.

The position we are on the ladder, the draw we have and the draw the rest of the competition has, then we will have to be pretty disappointing from here to miss the Top 8 from here

At the end of this 7 weeks I think we'll know if this group of players are a mid table team on the up or whether we're just going to be a mob of perennial also-rans.

I was thinking of Peni because I had thought Semi debuted later in the year.
After checking, Semi actually debuted in Round 18 but missed a couple of games before playing the last 3 rounds.

Penrith purring? 2 lucky tries yesterday, only winning by 8. They are playing better than earlier but nothing to be proud of.

Dragons are playing a team that rested on of their halves and have a few others out. Shows how seriously Manly were taking the game.

I agree that this is a must win for us in terms of attitude and mentality and a win takes a lot of pressure off us but that is for our own reasons and not the teams sitting behind us on the ladder.

We keep winning and it is irrelevant what the Panthers or Dragons do.
