Preferred this thread before the schedule was posted.

Has gone downhill since imo.

It is great to see the Bulldogs, who have won the same amount of games as the Sharks, getting another FTA game.

They have really worked hard to earn those three wins this year, good on Nein for showing us why a rolling shedule is exactlty what the game needs to maintain fairness and equality in our current TV rights.

If you think Bulldogs v Eels won't rate, regardless of form, you're kidding yourself.

If you think Bulldogs v Eels won't rate, regardless of form, you're kidding yourself.

How can any of these other teams ever have a chance to rate, and get some decent exposure which again attracts fans and viewers, if they are never given any FTA time Tim?

Its a vicious circle, of course the Dragons and Dogs will rate on TV if they are the only choices people are pretty much ever given.

How can the Sharks, NZ, Canberra, Manly etx gain any kind of following TV audience wise if people are never given the chance to see them on FTA TV?

I dont blame the clubs getting the FTA coverage, but every week we have another example of how poor and unequal this FTA deals are.

On a purely selfish personal level I would much rather Fox coverage any day of the week. But I know the financial benefits involved in FTA and those benefits equal more dollars which equals a stronger club.

The more pressure put on in the leadup to the next TV deal the better.
