Round 21 vs Titans

Mary is going to pick the same squad as he did for Parra and not bring any new kids in against the Titans? Why, because he will absolutely be $hitting himself is he loses this game and will definitely not risk dropping an experienced player for a debutant. Plus beating the Titans might guarantee him no spoon so he will want to get that little bit of pressure off him.

Yet little does he know that the guys he has relied on are playing like crap and will continue to do so as they showed against Parra.

Jesus, he drops a forward and yet Latimore & Kafusi stay ! So unimaginative in strategy & team selections. He just won't pick any young players and the bloody club lets him get away with it !

Pathways my arse !!

Not only that Kafusi is into starting line up

Only change made is Lawrie dropped for Ford, whilst Latimore retains his bench spot... Our Teflon centres are also safe as houses.

Tumbidragon
That's because Lawrie has to pass a concussion test. If he fails at he will be not playing and that is why they put Kafusi
into the front row and ford into the 21 .

Wow. Beyond all the obvious, I also enjoyed:

'James Graham (400 first grade games) and Euan Aitken (100 NRL games) will each celebrate special milestones this weekend'

Aitken has only played 100 games. It feels like 1000.

'Lawrie remains a chance of a playing against the Titans, pending he passes all necessary concussion protocols prior to Saturday's game.'

So if he passes the tests, Mary will play an unchanged lineup. I suppose continuing with failure will be a different sort of annoying to bringing in Timm, Ford etc, seeing them play well and wonder what might have been. Dishing up the same old garbage also brings us a step closer to the inevitable exit.

What’s the old saying - “ well he won’t die wondering “ , but in the maestro’s case he will die in total ignorance .

Right to the very end he will sit on the fence never knowing that if only he had taken a chance , things just may had turned out better , not only for the team but also for himself .

What an absolute waste of time he has been , his team and the die in the wool red & white supporters , gone nowhere in 5 years .

Your a hard man, Denis.
How in the world can begrudge little old Lats?
He's retiring this year!
Surely that's more important than some young up & comer who has years to prove himself ( with another team , mind you )

Yep, regardless of how bad or indifferent Lats is playing, he need this last show of faith from old Bonehead.

Backwards actually, buddy.
Most coaches put the gear in 'R' for racing.
McGregor has put our team in 'R' for reverse!

Well yet again a new 13 this week.
Year to date we have had Lawrie, Frizz, Host, Leilua, Graham with some for a week some for a bit more and now back to Frizz and in the meantime the bloke we supposedly purchased to replace JDB Kaufusi gets a starting 2nd row berth.
Lawrie & Host punted to reserves despite having had some very good games and Latimore remains in 1sts with the protected species namely our centres.
in addition Sailor & Ford now getting the 18th & 19th man runaround treatment.
Only in Mc Fookknuckle's brain can this look like an orderly way of doing things.
I will be very glad when this season drags to its most inglorious end.
NB: Need to edit re Lawrie my bad din't realise he had concussion protocols.
