Wow he says it straight and is spot on, this guy is an absolute asset.NRL Press Conference: Round 22 | Dragons

Don't worry Dave, my Tigarrs have just about got the spoon wrapped up. I hope Sheens makes them all choke on it.I think the thing that annoys me is that was probably our last chance to snag one more win for the season our next 4 games are Eels, South's, Storm & Warriors and I cant see us coming close in any of those games so our F/A will or go down into the negative 200's and if the Tigpies can snag a win or two we will be right back in the mix for the spoon as they have a couple of games they could definitely win IMO.
Spot on...and I still think if a ref is not sure if a try has been scored or not (that's obvious because hes sent it to the bunker) then he shouldn't be allowed to cross his arms and say I have no try.....imo that action and statement gives the bunker every opportunity to find a reason to support the ref and disallow the tryIt was like the old days find a reason ANY reason to disallow a saints try
I thought Billy Burns bombed some chances on the left edge by holding onto the ball and taking the tackle.I'll criticise our attack.
I'll criticise Matt Feagai.
But apart from that decent effort, sucks losing but they had a dig.
Oh and I'll criticise the officiating absolutely diabolical.
I was calling for Carr’s head during the game because of his persistence with Feagai but that press conference gives me a lot of confidence in him. It is actually very refreshing to hear someone from our club openly stand up to the NRL regime. I think it is healthy for a coach to speak their mind in that way. Won’t gain any media attention of course we are just the Dragons…That’s a bloody great press conference from Carr. Absolutely spot on.

Its amazing the players Dragons have let go, Garrick and Saab (real SPEED), Jackson Ford playing very well for Warriors, Host at south Sydney. The list goes on. Ford is better than any of the current forwards at the Dragons. Our lack of speed on each wing is a major problem
Hunt is currently in Disney land, offers very little in attack
We lack the punch up front to take control of the game
Lack fitness
Dumb and Penalty prone
Simply a very ordinary side that beat itself
Clearly beat ourselves
Could put a couple of good 9’s out there too…Its amazing the players Dragons have let go, Garrick and Saab (real SPEED), Jackson Ford playing very well for Warriors, Host at south Sydney. The list goes on. Ford is better than any of the current forwards at the Dragons.
We didn’t let Saab go. If you remember correctly he couldn’t cope with the long drive to Wollongong. Apparently he was fine with the equally long drive to Manly though. He’s fast but has a heart the size of a pea.Its amazing the players Dragons have let go, Garrick and Saab (real SPEED), Jackson Ford playing very well for Warriors, Host at south Sydney. Not a big fan of Saab although he will have the odd good flashy game like last night. Its amazing the players Dragons have let go, Garrick and Saab (real SPEED), Jackson Ford playing very well for Warriors, Host at south Sydney. Not sure on him , we got rid of a guy that was our top try scorer, most try assists, most line breaks , and scored some great individual tries , but let him go , and who I thought was a better player than Sloan , Dufty ...... So do we keep persevering , and hope in the off season Flanno can do something with him , or is the writing on the wall with Lomax training as a fullback ....... Time will tell .......I know a lot on here keep saying sack Sloan although I think he’s slowly getting better and he’s always good for a try or two and he has the X factor. A preseason under flanno and intense physical work might well see him achieve his potential next season.
And one word on Casy Badger
She was a hopeless touchie
A hopeless ref
And now a totally incompetent bunker ref
She needs to be removed and sent to the under 8’s to learn the game!
