Mildly funny Ouwet. :D
You bought tickets ages ago - that was smart.
You live 5 mins from Jubilee but support the Dogs - not so smart.
How did that happen?

Will be a massive atmosphere but it's a sellout and I can't get a ticket - not so smart.
May the dragons be the better team and win by 12 :D

Keep well Ouwet.

Well I lived in Greenacre most of my life... hahaha
Upgraded to Monterey I guess lol.

Even though deep down it's in my blood to hate St George, I cannot help but feel happy that both the Dogs & Dragons are doing alright this year and hopefully make the 8! Our 2 clubs bring so much to the whole NRL in terms of not only home crowds but more importantly away crowds when going well.

This is THE one I want us to win considering the circumstances. Saints fans need to fill and sell out Kogarah.

Needless to say, I HATE that grubby club!
Yes- the doggies- most obnoxious thug fans in the league with their aggression, drums and honking horns. They're close enough to Kogarah to outnumber us so yes- come on Saints fans- we don't want to lose the crowd support battle.

I was there in '85 with my 2 children. It sure hurt losing by 1 point and earlier winning thirds and reserves.
That was a bummer of a year alright. Was visiting my ex mother in law and her husband in Balmain on that day. She was a Bulldogs supporter and he was a Tigers man. I was so confident of us winning the first grade GF after winning the GFs in the lower grades. Losing by just one point from a field goal by Andrew Farrar. Warren Ryan, the Doggies coach had his guys bombard Burgess with high kicks into the Dragons in goal and the rules that year were that if the kick is taken on the full in the in goal area, the team catching the ball would have to do a line drop out - not tap from the 20 metre line as it is now.

I wish I had the nerve to tell my ex mum in law off.

You upgraded the suburb.
You should have also upgraded your team.
:D

I appreciate your honesty about hating St George.
“Scratch me” and you will find that I also “dislike” Canterbury.
In a team sense.

I remember - 2005 or thereabouts - there was almost violence in the stands between supporters. Scarey.
But that is now history, fortunately.

The Dogs are flying at the moment. Credit to them
But may they crash and burn on Saturday night.
It should be an ABSOLUTE CRACKER of a game.
Enjoy your view from the hill.

The Dogs have won all 9 of their home games but only 2 of 10 Away games this year.
We were awful last time we played the Dogs, Ravalawa particularly missed everything - that game was the one that saw him and Bird dropped and Lomax get 10 in the bin.. I don't think the Dogs will have it so easy this time around on the hallowed turf of Jubilee against a Dragons team that are starting to really breath fire. The boys know now what it takes to win after their trip to Melbourne and I think they can back it up with another win at home in front of their own fans. Round 23, just 5 games to go, it's now or never, leave nothing in the tank boys, glory awaits.

Saints by 8.

Well said, and can I just add, Kogarah deserves a moment again. Over the past few years we have shamed the great ground too many times.

Yep Tru was just about to say the same ....... Maybe it would have been better in Wollongong and bit further away for their supporters to come ....... Anyway this is a big game for us , they have a fast backline so we have to power over there pack to be a real chance .......

Well said TruSaint! The last time I went to Kogarah we lost to the bloody Tigers of all teams....
The last vaguely good moment I remember there was the golden point intercept by Aitken with half the lights out. Oh and last year against the Roosters on the siren was good.
