In the second half we were it up to our armpits.

I can’t see how Liddle’s try disallowed? Always hung on the ball. Yes, as putting down for try on the 1st effort it landed on the calf muscle of warrior player. Liddle still and always had hold of it and simply lifted the ball up and slammed it down over the line in front of the referee. That adds to the Lomax fair try.

Fire up Coach Carr at the press conference.

I’m not able to watch the game but nothing new about Sloan there but how about Musgrove - all he does is get penalised and drop the ball.

If we continue with these kind of signings we will keep getting these results.
We lack the cattle don't we.. let's just hope that those that flanno has tapped on the shoulder get new clubs SO we can get better players to replace and also flanno can get the 2 manly boys pushing for 1st grade

What kind of twisted version of Rugby League are we watching? FACT there is simultaneous hand-ball-ground contact in-goal so ball is grounded.
Yes clumsy by Sloan but nonetheless the ball is grounded and would be obvious to the Bunker with its hi tech slo-mo who corruptly chose to overlook the obvious grounding.

Courageous defensive effort..brave ,brave
Absolutely clueless in attack and poorly led
Sloan...Park footballer , with ability at best
We make more mind blowing mistakes than any other side
Blake Lawrie..great effort
Suli ,,best game for some time
Wouldnt be surprised if Flannigan adds a few more to the culling process for 2024 , inc Sloan ...too much of a liability esp if he can snare Meaney from the Storm.........
We need a guy like Meaney for sure.

Big Ben behind kicker. Burns in front but does not contest. Masila chases from onside and puts Burns onside as he takes the ball in front of him. But hey, Dragons refereeing.
Sorry mate, point of order, no one but the kicker can put Burns onside. However, it was a hard call as Burns played no part in the play.

Because ref said he was trying to pick the ball up and therefore Sloan didn't ground it ??? So of course bunker then found a knock on and no downward pressure.... he should have simply booted it into the grandstand

I
We still play structured shit.
I agree although I thought our passing leading up to last tackle has been on the improve and looked quite good tonight. I liked how F Molo chimed in as the link man. Where it breaks down is that our halfback lacks the creativity to create any opportunities and only seems to have a bomb in his bag of tricks. Hardly ran the ball.
For mine, I thought the forwards were very good tonight. If we had a better spine they would be rewarded for all the effort they put in week in week out.

I agree. I reckon if he was in the act of scoring a try it would’ve been awarded.
