Those 2 games are both hard to tip. Eels and Tigers had terrible form last week, Eels also the week before, but are boosted with Grothe and Hindmarsh.

Panthers were terrible round 1, had a good round 2 and it's hard to know how they'll play round 3, while Broncos are going to be looking for that first win and with Lockyer back, it's a good chance.

It was made easier by being a Panthers supporter. If i were neutral, i honestly wouldn't be able to pick it confidently. This round has a few hard games to tip.
