Round 3 V Bulldogs

I’d say there is a good chance that Blake will go to the wing and Peachey into the centres (allowing us to have an extra forward on the bench).

It does have the advantage of giving Peachey extra game time.

That’d be a terrible option.

We’re talking 4-6 weeks here, Blake can’t afford to be disrupted for that long.

They do have a good backline, although their wing Montoya, and new 5/8 Jeremy Marshall-King (Benji's brother) might find the task a bit daunting in the latter stages of the game.

Have got confidence in Hook in selecting the right man for the right job in replacing DWZ.

Good backline? One of the weakest in the comp
Two Morris boys and Hopoate is 3 NSW players. We have one. We shouldn't get too cocky with this game. Foran is quality and that Bulldogs pack can be very dominant if they are fired up. Klemmer, Woods, Jackson is half the NSW pack right there. Tolman is mr consistency. So far they have lost to the Roosters and the Storm, the premiers and the team that finished second in 2017. I really don't understand why we think this will be easy especially since we have been playing pretty average ourselves.

Doesn't look like a great backline, but its looked pretty slick against some of the better teams in the competition. I think they'll give us a lot of trouble out wide.

I don't think the bolded is exactly a good indication of strength... NSW pack has, by and large, been absolutely smashed in Origin

2 ex NSW Players. (possibly 3) I saw Josh Morris the other day against the Roosters. He looked from a distance a bit chunky.
Don't get me wrong I agree with you. I think this will a tougher match than some expect. Dogs defence has been poor the last 2 weeks but their attack is improving.
They will be desperate to avoid being 0 -3.
Ennis is trying to fire Sharon Woods up for a big one.

Morris brothers have also been told they’re not wanted past this year, they’re pretty broken at this point. Solid but nothing special.

Hoopa hasn’t played for NSW in 3 years.

Not on paper. Although written with invisible ink.
Their Origin players havent been near Origin quality in years.

Injuries have destroyed both Morris boys. Kinda sucks really. Their bodies arent what they were. Hopoate has just simply sucked since returning. Mbye is a failed half trying to become a fullback (looks promising though) and Montoya is the worst of that group.

Honestly all these former Origin players Blake has had to face arent close to what they were at peak form.i rate JMoz behind Inglis... and Not much better than Jayne.

Their halves though... Foran has been pretty good. Only reason their backline hasnt been completely shit. No idea how Marshall-King goes. But you would have to give us the edge there too.

Dogs starting pack will get ontop. The womans side could dominate Tamou. Woods would fit in there. But our bench should easily swing momentum assuming we bench RCG again.

We just need to follow our kicks well and limit Mbye from getting a broken field against us
