I saw Shannon McDonnell getting a gig for St Helens on Saturday.

Individually, the guys there who are first choice players (so not the likes of Mamo, Ross, Denniss, Fitzgibbon).... we really would struggle to get or develop any better.

The only realistic option available to us to get any sort of medium term fix is to pick the eyes out of the ESL, but we have committed to developing - so no fix for us.

Exactly. Lucky they cut away after the game, but no doubt there were laughs, high fives and bro handshakes with the opposition players.

I don't want to see that. They should be embarrassed with that effort. They should hurt. There is nothing to be happy about.
