Rubbish. You're hanging your hat on one stat.

I agree our missed tackles are a concern, but our covering defence, and general line speed have been terrific which has limited any major damage.

Mate Parra at home are tough team, we miss 50 tackles and they will punish us for it. I'm hanging my hat on our form, it's not good at all. Struggling to score points and missing a lot of tackles is not a winning formula.

Hopefully ET starts at 12 for Cartwright and Willy Wonga has a decent game. I think our forward pack is going ok at this stage, we are just a shambles in attack, especially inside the opposition 20. Moylan will probably be a bit rusty, but even a rusty Moylan should improve our attack.

Yeo may run straight but i do not see him charging onto the ball like RGC or even Mansour. DWZ was doing it for the first time this year which was good to see.

I am not saying Peachey is not a first grader. I think they all are, but its about balance. And having Yeo-Cartwright-Peachey on the park at the same times = little go forward.

I tend to agree with plumbers crack on this one. Peachy and Cartwright do a lot of side to side stuff, which may be ok on tackle 3 or 4 in opposition territory, but doesn't help with a roll on coming out from your own line. I thought we looked at our best when he had Latu and Matagi rolling up the middle of the paddock against stain merge.

Not saying that there is no place for peachy in the side, but as the 3rd man flopper in on a tackle stated in his post, maybe not good having them on the field at the same time (Carty and Yeo that is).

Peachy and Cartwright do far too much sideways crabbing. I don't understand at all those who think Cartwright is right in the reckoning for Origin. He still has a long way to go yet.

We have scored 73 points this year.

Parra are 5th have scored 52.
Storm 3rd have scored 79.
Broncos 2nd scored 83.
Sharks 9th scored 70

So do we rule out those teams aswell? If we are still doing the same things in round 10 then we have issues. Still very early to say we can't fix our attack

What? So we have NO problems in attack then? There's nothing wrong with the plans we have, it's just bad luck and the God's don't love Panthers so we can't win? To lose 3 out of 4 games, and then say that nothing needs to change is ludicrous IMO - Rusty players coming off injury is not going to fix our boring attacking plan of hit ups and kicks - Nor will they make the 50 missed tackles - There are problems with the game plan, plain and simple.

Mate learn to read. I said we have issues but being bad in round 4 isn't the end of the world. Nor is it a problem just we have.

I can read champ - And what I'm reading is you're happy to wait until rd 10 for a change - Change needs to happen now, or we'll be playing catch up for the rest of the season - No, not the end of the world, but far from sunshine and rainbows like some are making it out to be.

Clearly you can't. I will judge our attack AFTER round 10. If we are still ave 18 points a game then I will join you in writing off this year

Look at our NSW Cup side who would make our side better? So not many changes we can make player wise.
Moylan, Seg, Whare coming back will help as will a few more weeks running plays at training.

Errors, missed tackles only tell part of the story. I watched the game from the comfort of my lounge room and to say the least it was painful to watch.

For the most part we defended our line well given they enjoyed a 10-3 penalty count in there favour during the first half but even then we had attacking opportunities in there 20 and we did not look like scoring at any stage.

Sugar coat it any way you like but we were awful. I am normally the most optimistic of supporters but given the way we lost to the Raiders, Bulldogs and Dragons after leading in all three we have serious issues. Serious issues!!!!
