I think they changed the rules around development players. They're eligible from Round 1 now.

would rather we stick with Cole & Talagi as halves again, but if Laurie is out then Talagi has to play 1, im not against Jenkins playing 1, but its not his regular position. Toelau plays 7 if Talagi moves to FB.
