I have not seen Carlaw play at all this season but my guess is he will be Jane when playing in the NRL. A bloke like him should dominate QLD cup /

I think you will find Hala has been carrying injury (hamstring) probably why he has been on the bench for redcliffe. Good to see Carlaw get a run his size and experience will be good value against the knights.

I think McGuire is playing for Norths so it must be Dodds.

That just seems so bizarre. Drop a specialist centre and replace him in the centres with a backrower.

Tbh I never thought I would see Kenny back in the top side again. And I was happy about that. And I've seen Carlaw play in the trials and once for Wynnum, and while he was ok in the Wynnum game it wasn't anything special. He got smashed in the trials.

I hope Griffin knows what he is doing. Way to support a team who have won 3 in a row.

Imo way too many changes! ok if we were losing games,great way to disturb our defensive line which is going good atm.

Norths won 20-10. McGuire played but he certainly wasn't outstanding. He was basically non-existent in the first half. His second half was better though once the Norths forwards had momentum. Kemp was okay. If Wynnum's attack was better, they would have beaten them. Reece Blayney was very good for us.

I don't think so, Copley would have been targeted all night, we haven't exactly been setting the world on fire with our wins. Last week was pretty ordinary considering who Penrith had out. I'm all for the changes.

IMO the reason Te'o has been a shadow of his last season or 2 is because he isn't getting enough minutes IMO (which is understandable because Glenn, Gillett and Parker are starting to settle on a really good starting back row). I was thinking the other day that maybe he would play better if he was in the centres because he would get more minutes but I was happy with Reed's defense so far. Hopefully this doesn't change our defense much...

Also dropping McGuire is bloody ridiculous. What is the reasoning behind that? I'll admit I haven't seen much of Dodds/Carlaw/kenny this year but I have been super happy with McGuire this year and he definitely doesn't deserve to be dropped.
