I think overall Going probably deserves another opportunity he is obviously doing everything right in training along with his solid form in cup.

I think it is also a positive Patea being named in the overall squad so he is obviously also doing the right things going forward.

It will be interesting to see how the Panthers play this week. The left edge which the dogs exploited, was problematic last year and remained so this year. Both blaize and Casey have been missing tackles down that side for a while and it was only a matter of time before they were found out.

On another note, Andrew Johns who said this time last week that the Panthers could go through the season undefeated, now predicts the Dolphins to win tonight. He’s like a moth to a flame.

if we played Canterbury again this week - im confident we'd win comfortably

get back to our good discipline and we'll roll through the Dolphins. we got ourselves back into the Dogs game and played panic football in the 2nd half.

just keep rolling through and wait for Dolphins to make mistakes - we'll be fine tonight

I’m interested to see what side Tago plays, this is a huge game for him, he could force his way into more game with a solid performance.

I actually Won’t be shocked if they start Garner in the centres, Scotty in the back row and use Tago off the bench as the back row cover.
