It’s clear as day that try is on Nathan and Martin, it’s an excellent example of how Tago wears the blame.

In my defence I didn't mention tago in that comment. I was just adding to the previous comment about there being issues the coaching staff need to address. The defence being the biggest.

No need to defend yourself at all. I just thought that little video snippet was the perfect example of our actual defensive issue.

Really unfortunate for Kenny, but probably not surprising given how he plays the game and how much of it he's had to play these past few years.

It will be interesting who Ivan goes with in the six.

Does Cole come straight back in, our does Blaize get another chance. Does he gamble with Laurie or Toelou.

Ive got no idea personally, maybe roll the dice and give Trent another chance, his starting replacing Nathan wasn’t great but he could be worth another chance.

My pick is

6. Talagi
14. Cole

Whoever it is Dyl needs to get the f**k out of the way

Yeah so you don't mind either then.

It was evident from round 1 Edwards was far more involved. You lose someone like Luai and you need reinvention.

Far simpler game plan in attack please. Pressure should be item 1 on our task list. No stupid errors or penalties. Repeat sets or at least tackled in the corner on the last.

Edwards
Kepaoa
Alamoti
Tagi
Jenkins
Talagi
Cleary
Leota.
Kenny (granted he appears to be under an injury cloud)
Patea.
Martin.
Papalili
Yeo.
Laurie.
Smith.
Henry.
Sorenson.

18th Garner.

If Kenny out then Summerton or Toulau depending on fitness.

I think Casey would benefit from a couple of games back in Cup and Kepaoa can’t do any more than he done to earn a call up. I don’t think he is quite NRL standard but has probably earn this opportunity with form on the board.

I‘d start with Patea and just see if he can rip in for the first 20 to change things up a bit.

I like Patea. But off the bench I would prefer. Comes on when the opposition take their best off.

At the Dolphins NSW cup game last year he was coming off the back fence. The opposition were trying to avoid kicking to his side so he wouldn't take the carry. He is a big unit.

I don’t profess to have any idea what Ivan’s team selection is likely to be, just plucked 17 out of the air basically.

I understand some want wholesale changes, but it is just not realistic.

I think a tweak or two is the best we can offer.

1-6 is a real possibility, I just can’t see us turning around the form we are in around against the Roosters at Allianz. We are in a massive whole.

Dropping Garner haha why?
I‘m not dropping him, just changing things up a bit.

He didn’t get many minutes against the Dolphins.

We need to come up with something different within our limitations at present.

If I was coach, and I’m not, me personally I take the punt on Trent Toulau at six But I understand that is probably unlikely. Despite his disappointing performance against the Cowboys he has been very good in Cup, again terrific against the Sea Eagles. He can create opportunities. As bad as our defence has been we will need to score points.
