yeh shouldnt change anything but tighe in centres and brown to lock is fine with me.

although im tempted to put mose in the startin lineup instead of mckendry but then again id like him to have an impact off the bench like segeyaro.

lets hope one of our boys injures pearce so he cant play origin.

would really love to win this one against the chooks, really shut their momentum down.

Yeah no changes imo. I'd like to see how this team does against a decent footy side.

Well we're close to getting our best possible backline, with the only changes IMO being:

When James Roberts is fit, move Lewis Brown back to the second row. Drop Clint Newton.
When Josh Mansour is fit, drop David Simmons (even though he was good, Travis Robinson is worth sticking with. He has his flaws, but he is also only 3 games into his NRL career and has plenty of room for improvement)

No room for Brad Tighe. So I wouldn't bother making a change to our backline until the above players are ready.

Our halves this year are a lost cause. Walsh had a good game last night, but only ever seems to be able to produce them against the absolute worst teams. Which is why the last 2 years his best games have been against the Eels. Great team to save his best for though. :D Throw in longterm injuries to Coote and now Austin. We don't even have room to tinker with them anymore.

Forward pack... Kingston has to go IMO. Start Segayaro and use Brown at hooker when he needs a break. Give us a bench with 2 front rowers and 2 second rowers. With the second rowers having more utility value then having Kingston in the team anyway. Ideally at full strength we can rotate McKendry, Grant, Latimore and Masoe in the front row. With Brown, Manu, Docker/Plum starting in our second row, and having 2 of Robinson, Cherrington, VTK, Austin etc. on the bench.

If Tighe came back and Brown moved to the second row at the expense of Newton I wouldn't be upset. But I'd then be worried that Roberts would be stuck waiting ages for a run like Moylan and Robinson were.

That should be the team. No one was terrible Humble went MIA but no options until Austin comes back. That bench as impact fast backs. 2 points out the 8. A win here will be very handy

I have no confidence defensively in a Tighe/Robinson left side combination. Would start Docker to carry the defensive load early.

True but last night it was worse as Walsh was on that side move Walsh to the other side. Humble, M.Robinson, Brown, Tighe, T.Robinson should be alright together.

Yeah I would leave Brown at centre till Roberts is ready, imo. Definitely Kingstons time is just about up, he has always put in the effort since we bought him but bit slow nowadays when you compare him to Segeyaro.

I wouldn't be expecting James Roberts to slot straight back in to be honest.

He'll need 4-5 weeks in NSW Cup just to get match fitness back before he is considered...3 weeks minimum imo.
