May as well start planning for 2026 ladies and gentlemen.. we simply had to win tonight.

I though nath was really avg. Our attack looks terrible. Players standing way to deep. Imside balls back into a crowded ruck area.

Dumb mistakes. Team looks unfit. Poor discipline.

Shame theres not much in nsw cup. The club needs to bring in a gun 2nd rower and prop juniors that are in the cusp and have aome size about them.

Out played by Manly. Cleary Yeo and Edwards not playing well but behind a poor pack. Playing at Parramatta and not at Penrith is making more difference that anyone expected. Tonight once I saw who was refereeing and who was in the bunker we did not have a chance. I have said before I do not like six again and until too late into the second half when we received some we suffered. Interesting what team changes will be made for next week playing away to the Broncos.

People lumping Yeo in with others are cooked. The amount of work he's doing compared to every other forward is f**king insane

Blaize was great tonight, made his tackles and looked good with limited chances, he needs more ball.

Yeo and Cleary look lost. Yeo has become predictable in attack and I’m really not sure what’s happening with Cleary.

I like Schneider, but he is not a No.9, his service from dummy has was poor. He honestly wouldn’t be picked at 9 in our team, god knows why he’s playing there in the NRL. That’s genuinely mind blowing.

The Right edge looked much better at least.

Really disappointing effort all round really.

Not much else to say.
Yeo was our best forward by a f**king mile. He chose when to run and pass just as well as any other year during the last 4 or 5.

Nathan tried and played alright. But he doesn’t seem to be at full fitness.

The difference this year is all the players around them just aren’t up to it. So many of our forwards are horribly out of form and unfit compared to last season. And we are carrying multiple guys that should be in reggies.

We miss To’o and his yardage out of trouble. We need to adapt our game and have our edge forwards get back and help in our yardage sets, not just rely solely on our back 5. Just laziness or fitness or both.

Sorro and Martin combined probably ran for less metres and made the same number of tackles as Yeo. Just piss poor - they need to go looking for work instead of shirking it and being content with chilling on their edge and walking back onside in our yardage sets. It doesn’t matter who plays on the edges whether it’s Garner or Papalii - I can guarantee that stat is similar nearly every week this season. Pea hearted efforts.

How we continue to choose Schneider over cole as the 14 is criminal. We pick a backup hooker in sommerton but instead we start a the slowest bloke Schneider. We have the nsw cup top tryscorer but we don't use him we play Jenkins on the wing who offers nothing.Geyer will never be half the player his old man was.Im happy to let him go at seasons end.Sorenson getting suspended might be a good thing if garner is back hes too slow and getting old.And as for cleary yeo and dylan they are trying too hard and don't have confidence in there team mates. We were 14-10 down with 23 mins to go manly had a man in the bin,and we lost the ball 3 times.Turning point was the 2 butchered tries at 14-10,Talagi had an unmarked Jenkins when he was tackled short and McLean could have dived low or stepped back inside. Then the game was gone.

By making our most meters and most tackles every....single...week...?
He hasn't been the ballplaying Yeo of the past, he's our only good forward
I think Yeo is the best lock in the comp, arguably the best forward. His tackling and running is superb. He is carrying our pack, no question.

But, at the moment, inside the opposition 20, in my opinion, he is handling the ball way too much and our attack is predictable.

He’s trying to do too much.

What a massive fall from grace for Larry. From Kangaroo to a (poor) benchie in the last placed team.

TBH though - he isn't really an out and out Prop.

Also Sorro is now too slow to be on an edge.

Ivan has to be very careful on how to reinvent this team. So far it seems to encompass turning Dyl into a ball playing fullback and the result is that he looks like a Pumpkin out there.

Nath looks completely off the pace and worse - disinterested.

Aside from the ineptitude of certain players and combinations, the club is its own worst enemy re: scheduling and venues. Giving up home games by rebuilding Penrith Stadium and next week letting the supposed away team Broncos have the home ground advantage in Tragic Round. The competition is too tough and tight to give up these advantages. Although judging by the pathetic ‘home’ performances so far at CommBank, maybe they’ll player better in Brisbane.. Anyway if we go 2-7 we’re surely done for this year if we aren’t already.

The club couldn't turn down the upgrade, if we didn't take it the clubs whole future was at risk

That's mostly on Ivan and also a little on Nathan. Nath looks passive and disengaged for large passages of play. When it comes to his form, he isn't even a top 10 halfback yet alone the best player in the league.

You're previous comment on inside the 20 seems pretty spot on to me.
Not really because as our second best playmaker how can he play off the back of good ball if he's the only forward who can bend the line?
Every time Yeo gets the ball its on the back of shit

And the rare good time Nathan gets good ball its off the back of a Yeo hitup
