I've just watched the game, curtesy of the NRL video. Talk about a clinical performance, against our typical boggy side? I just loved it. The Panthers totally outplayed a far more experienced side. I hope Charlie Staines is given more game time this year.

The bloke is always pushing the rules and niggling. Hitting blokes high, lying in the ruck pretending to be tangled. He is a short cut specialist, always looking for an easy way out rather than just muscling up and hitting hard and getting back for the next play.

As a female, I take offense when Aaron Woods is being liken to a female. Us women, have more courage than that.

Trust me no one wants him at this point. Gone from a rep forward to no effort pretty quick.

Our combinations in the backline are starting to come together. Not as smooth as the rabbits a couple of years ago but very encouraging

Hearing Staines may have picked up a jaw injury. Waiting for confirmation.

He had a few disruptions over the pre season and never really hit consistent top speed. Edwards was recorded the quickest over 100 metres. But I would back Staines as the quickest at the club.

In the pre season Jed Cartwright was clocked at quickest over 40 metres. He hits top speed really quick before he fads a bit.

Keep an eye on Ativalu Lisati. For a forward he is quick. Doesn't drop off over a long distance either.

Sharon’s shot on Billy Burns before he scored should definitely have been acknowledged and cited.

The rest of the cronulla forwards who just watched him crawl and plant the ball down after the shot should also be cited for being lazy merkins

I was screaming at the tv that it should have been an eight point try.

For it to be an 8 point try, the offence has to happen after the try is scored.

It literally couldn’t be one, as the high shot happened in the lead up.

I can’t stand woods, but I didn’t think it was that bad, just a bit lazy, penalty only IMO.

Yeah he is from Ipswich but signed to Penrith which i just learnt from google.

It sucks not getting to see any of the reserve grade or 20s comp, not getting to see the next gen that is coming.
