It sucks not getting to see any of the reserve grade or 20s comp, not getting to see the next gen that is coming.

Yes this. They are absolutely using chartered flights (did a quick Google to make sure) After all they have the comp in it's Covid bubble which would be impossible to maintain with public flights.
