Yep Ivan will go for eisenhuth due to size and experience over lindsay Smith or blacker. Not my choice I'd go 1 of the other 2 blokes but if we win who cares.

Another 2 games

Another 2 backs getting injured

That is why Kenny can't be the 14 with 3 forward bench
Probably losing Capewell will have the biggest impact on options going forward. With regard Spencer Phil Gould made a comment during last years Wests match that Spencer was not ready mentally or emotionally to start. He had to much fury and aggression. Physically fine but you look at Leota and JFH all controlled.

Thats nonsense regarding his temperament imo. He not a grubby dickhead like the bum we sent to the Dogs. He needs a chance to rip in, we have taken it far too slow with his progression.

Regardless of why his development has gone the way it has, he has not proven he has the engine to start yet.
Id prefer Martin/Sorenson starting to take the edge off and Leniu then inching up towards 40 mins off the bench.

Hunt has a new lease on life under the Griffdawg, and Ravalawa is a beast close to the line.

Exactly.

As we all know, there are no 'easy' games in the NRL. If the players begin to think that, it's a great opportunity for the opposition to pull their pants down, a daking.

Who would have thought prior to 1st that Newy would beat the chooks.

Capewell is the big one
We are yet to find a 3 backrower yet. He could play centre too.
would be very handy right now

Penrith fans should know better than anyone the one string to Griffin's bow is getting his players to run hard and tackle hard. We'll have to dig in and play tough. If anyone expects to walk over the Griffin's team going up against the club that let him go they're naïve. He'll have them physically up for this game and try to bash us.

They don't have the cattle to go with us. They'll fold in the second 80 just like Manly

And we lost him to keep Kikau. Should have let him walk a year early

That is my gripe.

We nailed the Staines over Mansour choice

Getting O'Sullivan in was a great decision

Then management comes up with some poor decisions

Waiting so long to end May.

releasing Momo without organising a swap

Api going without a hooker plan going forward

I love Kiks but he is over priced for what we need. Capewell plays both sides and can play centre better for the squad balance

And Capewell at 600K is better value thank Kikau at his price!

Personally I think IC will play safe & choose Eisenhuth at prop, hoping he has a bench of Salmon/Sorensen/Leniu/CSmith or Hopgood as I think it’ll be tough & physical against a big pack.
