The Samoan rugby union issues won’t have had a bearing, he’s been playing in the French Top 14 for the last few seasons.

Played a lot of SR before heading offshore and was talked about as a potential AB at one point. Big guy with good pace once he gets going… but not the most light footed either.

Weird move TBH. Might’ve made sense 6-7yrs ago but dunno about now.
