If the Warriors land Stevenson, has that rule that union players are exempt or partially exempt from the cap a thing yet?

For all of you people that compare Joey to Nathan, here are a few stats for you.
Joey played 23 games for NSW.
16 of those were at halfback.
5 of those were at hooker.
2 of those were from the bench.
his win loss ratio in each position is as follows.
Halfback 7 wins and 7 losses and 2 draws
hooker 4 wins and 1 loss
bench 2 wins.

Nathan has played 14 games at halfback for 7 wins and 7 losses.
He has the same win loss ratio to Joey at halfback and is only halfway through his career.
Joey only ever dominated 1 whole series and that was his last in 2005.
The whole "Nathan is shit at origin" talk needs to end.
2 MOM and a Brad Fittler medal suggest he is doing just fine.
Apparently he has up until his last series to dominate and get his immortal status.

Based on that, NSW will be unstoppable if Cleary plays at hooker in the next 2 series.

Cleary’s Fittler medal in 2020 in a losing side against Brenko Lee, Corey Allan, Dunamis Lui and Jake Friend is hardly an achievement.

The fact a downhill skier like Moses has outperformed Cleary in just 5 games of Origin says all you need to know about Nafe’s ability at Rep level.

Joey used to be my favourite player too honey bun but he's been surpassed. You'll face reality sooner or later

If you know anything about rugby league, you will know that even the best halves will lose 99% of the time if the forwards do not dominate.
Brad Fittler had no idea and tried to play like penrith with a front row that just didnt get it.
Forwards that fought for every post contact meter they could instead of getting quick play the balls and allowing the halves and Yeo time and space. Also had Teddy killing most attacking sets by getting involved and trying to do everything himself.
Madge got it right. Forwards played straight and halves were given more time and space. Any half performs at a higher level when the right platform is laid.
