I like this idea but would exclude Australia England France New Zealand and PNG.These countries home grown players all got a chance to play at the RLWC.
It would all come down to cost,I would host in Europe as that would allow more countries to attend.

The poll questions are a little misleading. One is "Yes, I think a Rugby League Amateur World Cup is needed" and two is "No, a Rugby League Amateur World Cup would never work". Neither option is the opposite response to the other question. I voted for two even though I believe there is a need for an amateur WC it would be simply unviable and too expensive to organise.
