Koh Samui - Bondi Aussie Bar & Grill
Ho Chi Minh City - Game On Saigon
Phnom Penh - Score Sports Bar & Grill
Siem Reap - Score Sports Bar & Grill
Vientiane - Billabong Sports Bar & Grill
Luang Prabang - Aussie Sports Bar
Pretty easy to find a pub showing NRL just about anywhere.

The Hoi An sports bar or the 3 dragons bar in Hoi An Vietnam
Delaney's in Kowloon Hong Kong..

I like shellbourne. Bit dingy but has a big screen and everyone is there to watch the game

The Charles Dickens Tavern - http://www.thecharlesdickenstavern.com.au/

It is decked out as an English pub, even has english beers on tap if you want them. Food is decent and whenever I've been there they'll have the NRL on as they don't just have it all on AFL, and they won't complain if you ask them top put one of the TVs on the NRL. Not a big place, its cozy but very comfortable and pleasant place.

Phuket.. aussie bar on Banglah rd good spot to watch games.. and a few other little ones on same street.

Surly's is a great pub, cracking burgers and american style bar food.
