This dragging on too far. Mario if your not making a Rugby League 2 why the hell are you on this forum??? If your not making it stop posting that there is a possible sequal all the time, youve been saying that for months. EB might be wrong on a few occasions but that is expected but at least we are getting info out of them. When numerous EB's start saying their will be RL2 coming in oct-nov which they have been saying then their is some truth behind it. But Mario just saids possible and cant even give us dates on when news about this sequal will be announced??

Well said Tingha, I can understand them not wanting to announce it because of all the shit that was said last time, but we need at least a confirmation and sooner rather than later, people are startin to lose interest. Cant expect people to get excited about a game in a month

EB do not make games..eb no nothing when it comes to future releases..half the time its just speculation.

Sidhe dont owe you a thing, there here to make money..the nrl game didnt even sell 250,000 copies..

How are people starting to lose interest? besides the weird guys who explode into a fit of rage when they dont hear what they want other then that every person who has said "were starting to lose interest" is full of crap cause there still here posting and asking when the game will be out.

At the moment 4 EB's have told me that there is no such game as "Wrestlemania 21"..2 weeks before it comes out they will say "You better pre order were selling alot of copies" it the same thing over and over with alot of games..

The nrl game is no different they tell you end of the year cause chances are the game will be out by xmas or worse case scenario they could say "its been delayed" when xmas passes..

lol so in conclusion stop crying over a game..i believe if there is a sequel it will be released next year.

It's amazing how many people accept conjecture for facts. One person might have told this guy at EB that yeah, I heard it's coming in July....I have a good source. This guy goes, wow..July hey? Someone asks him...he says yeah, July 2005...I have a very good source.

I went to my local video shop some time last year and a guy was there telling the owners about the new games coming out.
At the time I was at the counter so I thought I would join in the conversation.
I asked about a possible sequel to ''Stacey Jones Rugby League'' and the guy said it was a definate and is going to be released in July 2005.
I asked him what the name of his company was and he said ''Gamewizz''.
They also got a website. www.gamewizz.com.
And he said he was a close friend of Mario.
He sounded pretty serious. He also said there was going to be a new Rugby Union game released in 2005, which is true so I hope he was'nt lying about the League.

I used to work in a video store and if I didn't know the answer I would say it must be coming out in about 3 months. Keeps the customers coming back to check.
