The "distribution" charges were dropped as part of the plea deal. Don't know if the police are still looking for the distributor or whether they are happy the case is closed.

I understand Tyrone sent them to ‘mates’ but there was someone who put them out there in the public domain.

Not the fault of the Police the person who made them public has never been held to account cyberspace is a challenging environment from an investigative perspective and on a cost benefit analysis probably little to be gained by the Police pursuing such a matter to the enth degree.

That for me is why I thought it was weird those charges were dropped. That is how the issue occured with it getting passed on then released

Happen’s every day, each and every week in all courts Local & District. Plea arrangements just a part of the judicial system.

The point I was making was while Tyrone forwarded/sent however you want to put it the video’s to ‘friends’ there had to be someone who chose to make them public which in this instance I think it was safe to say was not Tyrone May.

I get that but very few of those cases does someone lose 1 year of a very short career. I am surprised he took the deal. I’d be wanting to get to the bottom of that

I assumed Tyrone and Hayne will share a cell with De Bellin.
The charges seem quite strong against all 3. Hayne might have the best chance to get off due to the amount of money he has behind him.
Mate please take off that parra hat when you post here, hayne to get off ... my god, please, who cares if he does/doesn't, Only you would.

Tyrone Mays case is not rape, its consensual and degradation and him filming it, its not my cup of tea but most athletes have an enough of an ego to think they can be a rockstar and do these horrific things and laugh it off as a joke or pretend to be a pornstar for some saddistic bragging rights, Tyrone im sure won't get jail time not for those videos, in which the girl was consensual about the acts presented, but not to be filmed which is the only issue from a legal stand point that i see between those two parties.
Hayne and DeBelin will go to jail if they are found anywhere near guilty, rape is extremely serious.
Stop assuming all these cases are linked other than being stood down from the policy.

It'll be interesting to see if he regresses back into a speedy but inconsistent talent with dick fingers after leaving Melbourne.

The police charges in relation to distribution have been dropped, am I right?

Pre-empting court sentences is fraught with peril, but it's hard to see what could possibly be achieved by incarcerating him.

Our judicial system is incapable of putting criminals in jail and keeping them there so Tyrone will get a GB bond nothing more nothing less.

He took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to filming without consent. Distribution charges were dropped. I doubt he does time.
The club are unlikely to sack him.
That leaves the NRL intergrity unit. Predicting what the NRL may do is fraught with danger.
They are consistently inconsistent.

He has missed a year... I doubt he would miss more then a handful of games normally. I think a fine and does education on not being a dick or something
